Dr Mary Koslov like Michael Persinger with K.T - CIG conducted research in Neuro-Sciences safely to standard with audits then investigations. Usual four categories & efforts within then subjects were released & compensated if required. Full direct not covert efforts unlike NB-OT Labs which act anonymous to subject prey targets they refuse to have direct contact with after hooking them up without informing & use of Medical - Hospital reference for scapegoat covers stating the wBCI's do not exist.
